OUR POLICIES PRICING. Our prices are fair and firm and have not been inflated to allow for discounts.
PROCESSING. Banking and shipping are done once a week at 12Noon on Wednesday, Central Time. PAYMENTS PENDING. Merchandise will be put on a 10-day "Hold" from the date of our reply to your inquiry. If payment is not received within that time, the merchandise will be removed from "Hold" status. RETURNS. If we have misrepresented or incorrectly identified an item, or overlooked a condition problem, please contact us and let us know where the problem exists. We SCENTSerely want you to be happy with your purchase. Do not open a bottle that has never been opened or use a solid perfume that was previously unused. It will diminish the value of the container and, more importantly, it will not be accepted for return. WE SPECIALIZE IN SELLING VINTAGE PERFUME BOTTLES - not hard-to-find fragrances.
