PRICING. Our prices are fair (firm) and have not been inflated to allow for discounts.

PROCESSING.  Banking and shipping are done once a week on Wednesday.

PAYMENTS PENDING.  Merchandise will be put on “Hold” for 10 days from date of inquiry.  If payment is not received within that time, the merchandise will be removed from “Hold” status.

RETURNS. If we have misrepresented, misidentified or overlooked a condition problem, please contact us and let us know where the problem exists.  We SCENTSerely want you to be happy with your purchase.

WE SPECIALIZE IN SELLING VINTAGE PERFUME BOTTLES – not hard-to-find fragrances.  The quality of the perfume remaining in any bottle cannot be guaranteed to be  wearable. Do not open a bottle that has never been opened. It will diminish the overall value of the bottle and, more importantly, it will not be accepted for return.

HOW TO BUY

Please do not pay for items before you contact Pauline at scentserely@att.net. Be sure to put the name SCENTSerely” in the subject line of your email. In your message, indicate the item number, category of each item, and your method of payment.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING – U.S. BUYERS.  Pay with a Money Order, Cashier’s check, personal check or PayPal.  Buyer pays for PayPal fees (if paying with PayPal), insurance, and delivery confirmation.  We pay the postage within the U.S.  If insurance is declined, the buyer will have no claim for a refund from the U.S. Postal Service for lost or damaged merchandise. We are not responsible for uninsured packages. There will be a 10-business-day clearance on personal checks.  Shipment is by U.S.P.S., First Class or Parcel Post.  Priority shipping is extra – ask for quote.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING – FOREIGN BUYERS. Payment in U.S. Dollars only – by International Postal Money Order, check drawn on a U.S. bank (i.e., Wells Fargo), Wire Transfer, or PayPal. Buyer pays for actual shipping costs, PayPal and Wire Transfer fees.  We ship by First Class Mail International. It is the least expensive way to ship outside the U.S. Please note, the U.S. Postal Service does not offer insurance on First Class Mail International. For insured shipping, ask for a quote.
