DeVILBISS, FLOWER BASKET – ATOMIZER
This pretty DeVilbiss atomizer bottle represents a basket of flowers, c. 1939.  It features enameled pink and 2-toned gold flowers and leaves on one side of the bottle.  The base is molded, front and back, with a stylized basket weave design. Original atomizer ball.  Slightly worn gold foil label on back (see photo) says: "DeVILBISS, 24K. GOLD PLATE, VS200-31."  The bottom of the bottle is signed in the mold in raised letters: "DE VILBISS, MADE IN USA."  A patent drawing for this bottle appears in Perfume, Cologne and Scent Bottles, Jacquelyne Y. Jones-North (Schiffer Pub.) on pg. 215, pic. no. 62

SILVER METAL, LAY-DOWN, DOM zu KÖLN
Silver metal, lay-down scent bottle. The front of the bottle is embossed with the words "DOM zu KOLN."  It also has a lovely, detailed scene of the Cathedral at Cologne. The back has a circlular pattern. The stopper unscrews in two pieces - the section above the bottle neck has a dauber, the section above the dauber unsrews to sprinkle out the perfume, the 3 pieces are attached to a chain (see photos).
Size: 2 1/4" x 1 1/2" Condition: Excellent condition.

SCHAFER & VATER, ART NOUVEAU, LILAC BISQUE – ATOMIZER
Schafer & Vater made this stunning lilac-tinted bisque atomizer, c. pre-1939.  The bottle features a woman's head in the art nouveau style with green and gold accents.  The details are beautiful - including defined teeth!   The original atomizer ball is loose but is still attached to the fitting.  The bottom of the bottle is impressed with the S & V logo, a crown over a 9-pointed star, and the model number 4436.
Size: 4 7/8" to top of ball x 2 1/4". Bottle alone is 2 1/2 Condition: Excellent. No chips or cracks.

Mini silver overlay scent bottle.  This sweet little bottle is stamped "Hecho en Mexico" [Made in Mexico] on the bottom.  It has a floral and leaf design in silver over a clear bottle.

Vintage Irice glass scent bottle. Swirled molded glass bottom.  The stopper is the star of this scent bottle. A spun glass Mexican man with tinted sombrero, guitar, and chaps sits atop a round clear ball on the stopper. This is an oldy and definetely a cutey.

Delightful Lucky Penny Avon vintage lip gloss. Plastic compact is patterned after the rare 1909S Lincloln cent disigned by Victor Brenner commenorating the 100th anniversary of Lincoln's birth.  Seen in Roselyn Gerson's "Purse Accessories" collector book
Size: 2"  Condition: Excellent.  The gloss has faded, but is all there.

AVON "COTILLION" OWL SOLID PERFUME
This Avon owl solid perfume dates from 1968 69.  It has green stone eyes.  It is a lady's pin and there is a fragrance label on the bottom of the replaceable perfume insert that reads "Cotillion." It comes in original box with green plush molded interior.

The sweetest little gold fawn pendant perfume solid by Max Factor. Topaz eyes.  Floral patterned body. It is full of original "Intimate" perfume.

RARE LINCOLN PENNY SOLID PERFUME
This is a rare solid perfume container.  I have not come across another one. Maker and perfume are unknown. The gold tone compact is molded as an authentic Lincoln penny. The cover has Lincoln's likeness and "In God We Trust," "Liberty," and the date, 1943.  When you open the container, the back side of a penny is authentically replicated on the under side of the cover! This is truly a unique solid perfume container.
Size:  1 1/"   Condition:  Very good.  Some minor rubbing to the gold on the rim of the piece. No perfume remaining.

Clever 1960's jointed fish for Max Factor's "Hypnotique" solid perfume.  The head and tail of this pendant/perfume container are moveable. Fish scale patterned body, blue stone eyes, perfume.

This is a golden pendant perfume solid.  It held the perfume "Intimate" by Revlon. The case has an intricately molded and textured gold fish on the front.  The fish has emerald green stone eyes.
Size:  1 3/4"   Condition:  Case in excellent condition.  No perfume or neck chain. Silver label on  back, but is not legible.

WOODWARD "PETIT PAPILLON" BUTTERFLY ON BASKET SOLID PERFUME
Rare butterfly on a basket solid perfume container by Woodward called "Petit Papillon." This is a lovely intricately designed piece. The golden butterfly has drifted down onto the top of a basket of flowers.  It has four tiny topaz stones on the tips of its wings. There is some perfume residue left in the bottom of the container.

This large container is in the shape of a golden poodle. He has ruby red eyes.  The maker and fragrance are unknown. This is a solid perfume compact and not a saccharin container. The body of the dog is too shallow to hold the saccharin tablets.

This delightful solid pear has a molded leaf and stem.  Unknown maker and fragrance. The leaf has four "ruby" stones. Gold tone case.

Dana produced "Tabu" perfume in 1932.  This modern golden cameo design locket is filled with classic "Tabu" fragrance. The packaging reads, "The Dana Goddess Head" signifies beauty, goodness, and purity.    Created over 60 hears ago by a renowned European sculptor.  The wings of the goddess head symbolize the lightness of perfume, the rose signifies its essence, the star earring represents the brilliance of fragrance."  There is a cello label on the back. It hangs from a black satiny cord, and comes in original box.

America's beloved symbol of freedom, The Statue of Liberty holds the fragrance "Dazzling" by Estee Lauder.  Instead of a torch, however, this grand lady holds a tube of red enamel lipstick. Lovely detail.  Full perfume and original box with black plush pouch.

Identified as the Sport Fragrance Shell in 1974, this silver tone mussel shell held "Aliage" Estee Lauder fragrance. It is a pendant necklace and originally hung from a silky cord.

LAUDER "PLEASURES" UNICORN SOLID PERFUME
This is the magical unicorn compact for Estee Lauder's "Pleasures" solid perfume.  Flowing mane and tail and a floral garland around his neck.  The garland has purple enameled flowers and green leaves with tiny rhinestones in the center of each flower.  Pale blue rhinestone eyes. Full perfume, black pouch, original box.
Size:  1 1/2" high   Condition: The perfume compact is full and is mint. The interior of the box has light dust soiling, no perfume stains.
