DeVILBISS, FLOWER BASKET, ATOMIZER, c.1939
This pretty DeVilbiss atomizer bottle represents a basket of flowers. It features enameled pink and 2-toned gold flowers and leaves on one side of the bottle. The base is molded, front and back, with a stylized basket weave design. Original atomizer ball. Gold foil label on back says: "DeVILBISS, 24K. GOLD PLATE, VS200-31." The bottom of the bottle is signed in the mold in raised letters: "DE VILBISS, MADE IN USA." A patent drawing for this bottle appears in Perfume, Cologne and Scent Bottles, Jacquelyne Y. Jones-North (Schiffer Pub.) pg. 215, pic. no. 62.

Condition: Excellent. Some roughness on back edge, not chips. Slightly worn label (see photo).

SILVER METAL, LAY-DOWN, DOM zu KOLN
Silver metal, lay-down scent bottle. The front of the bottle is embossed with the words "DOM zu KOLN." It also has a lovely, detailed scene of the Cathedral at Cologne. The back has a circular pattern. The stopper unscrews in two pieces - the section above the bottle neck has a dauber, the section above the dauber unsrews to sprinkle out the perfume, the 3 pieces are attached to a chain (see photos).
Size: 2 1/4" h. x 1 1/2" w.
Condition: Excellent.

DEEP EMERALD GREEN, ATOMIZER, c.1950s-60s?
This attractive deep emerald green glass atomizer has a decorative metal fitting. The gold-colored metal collar on the bottle is completely etched with a leaf/scroll design. A green plastic flower (rose?) with gold leaves tops off the metal fitting. The rod in the bottle is plastic. There are no markings on the bottom of the bottle.
Size: 3" h. (to top of flower) x 3 1/8" w. (at widest point).
Condition: Good -- no chips or cracks on bottle, no cracks on metal collar, no missing pieces on the flower, some gold worn off leaves. Atomizer bulb is missing.

Charming little round scent bottle. Clear glass with a metal jacket covering front and back. The front of the bottle has a pretty machined enamel medallion with hand painted pink roses and green leaves. The cap is black with a small painted medallion on top. Sweet scent bottle.

Condition: Very good. Some light scuffing on back of bottle (see photos).

IRICE, SPUN GLASS MEXICAN WITH SOMBRERO AND GUITAR
Vintage Irice glass scent bottle. Swirled molded glass bottom. The stopper is the star of this scent bottle. A spun glass Mexican man with tinted sombrero, guitar, and chaps sits atop a round clear ball on the stopper. This is an oldie and definetely a cutie.

This Avon owl solid perfume has green stone eyes. It is a lady's pin and there is a fragrance label on the bottom of the replaceable perfume insert that reads: "Cotillion." It comes in original box with green plush molded interior.

WOODWARD "PETIT PAPILLON" BUTTERFLY ON BASKET SOLID PERFUME
Rare butterfly on a basket solid perfume container by Woodward called "Petit Papillon." This is a lovely intricately designed piece. The golden butterfly has drifted down onto the top of a basket of flowers. It has four tiny topaz stones on the tips of its wings. There is some perfume residue left in the bottom of the container.

This large container is in the shape of a golden poodle with ruby red eyes. The maker and fragrance are unknown. This is a solid perfume compact and not a saccharin container. The body of the dog is too shallow to hold the saccharin tablets.

Condition: Excellent. Roll clasp on pin in excellent condition. Perfume is mint - still has paper covering over it.
